Our Mission
Founded by Jaynelle L, a licensed wildlife rehabilitator, Friend Shaped Rescue is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue. We are committed to providing emergency care, rehabilitation, and release for injured, orphaned, and displaced wildlife. We also serve as a sanctuary for animals who are non-releasable and need permanent residence. Our mission is to protect, preserve, and restore the balance of local ecosystems by offering compassionate care and fostering a harmonious relationship between humans and the natural world.
